- How long does the hiring process take?
- Much of the hiring process depends upon a variety of factors including the state of Ohio approving background checks and the seasonal demands of our partner districts. This makes the hiring process difficult to predict. It is important for applicants to read instructions thoroughly to ensure a smooth hiring process. Sub Solutions strive to move applicants through the process quickly and efficiently.

- Application will be reviewed by Sub Solutions
- Sub Solutions will contact applicant via email with Next Steps
- Attend Required In-Person Orientation
- Candidates who miss or cancel two scheduled orientation sessions will be moved to inactive status in our system. Once a candidate is inactive, they will not be scheduled for another orientation in the same school year.
